My Most Prestigious Music Award.

The stand that John Carlos and Tommie Smith took on the victory stand at the 1968 Olympics in Mexico City launched a new era in sports activism. Almost 40 years later San Jose State leads the pack in student activism with these "Larger than Life" statues of John Carlos and Tommie Smith.
